PIPA’s LEAP platform, combined with proprietary bioactives discovery pipelines and expert-curated databases, prioritized compounds with predicted senolytic and senomorphic properties, focusing screening on high-probability candidates instead of random compound libraries. The project delivered a step-change improvement in discovery efficiency and screening outcomes*.
*Based on 13.2% validated senolytic hit rate achieved in Cycle 3 of the iterative AI-guided screening.
