Ilias Tagkopoulos, PIPA founder and USDA AIFS director will join the Future Food-Tech summit, to be held in San Francisco March 24-25.
Dr. Tagkopoulos will lead the R&D 4.0: Leveraging AI and Machine Learning to Cut Time and Cost session to be held Friday, March 25 3pm, local time. During this session, speakers from Benchling, NotCo, Unilever, Shiru and Siemens will discuss how Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can fit into the research and design process, discuss the digital technologies for ingredient functionality testing, and the data and infrastructure needed to support R&D innovation.
The Future Food-Tech Summit returns in hybrid mode after a three year pause due to the pandemic to bring together Food brands, investors, start-ups and innovation leaders for exchanging ideas and insights and spurring new partnerships.
